  6. *Review your guest list, correct and complete review of seating charts and room schematics

  7. *Help with the coordination of the reception time-line, ( toast, timing of the dinner service, special dances, events, timing of the entertainment, staff, flow of service and kitchen personnel

  8. *Coordination assistance at the reception with vendor worksheets, & detailed timeline at the reception

  9. *Confirmation of final details with all of the vendors the week of the wedding

  10. *Simple decorating at ceremony and reception site

  11. *Address the family and wedding party as necessary to ensure the flow of your event is flawless
