This service plan is for the Bride who has planned all of the details herself and is looking for a professional wedding director to assist with all the vendors, oversee set up and break down, attend to guests, and most important make sure their big day is stress-free and an absolute success!

  • Day of wedding director" up to 8 hours

  • Amore team will meet with you at least 2 weeks before your wedding day to discuss your vision, expectations, the flow of the event, timeline, and any instructions/concerns.


A-MORE Detailed Coordination

This service is for the Bride who has reached the middle point in her planning process and needs assistance with the finishing process of their vision.  Our wedding directors will gladly pick up where you left off and make sure your event is kept in budget, goals are met, and the end result is a success.

  • Budgeting & Budget Management, contract review and negotiation
  • Vendor Recommendation, Selection, and Management
  • Event Research Production, and Theme Design by our Design Specialists
  • Ensure finalization of the arranged services - allowing the family and couple to relax and enjoy themselves during the last few weeks before the wedding
  • Amore team will meet with you one month prior to ensure all the details are accounted for
  • Complete "Day of Coordination" up to 8 hours with Amore team
  • Create the timeline (I.E. toasts, timing of the dinner service and special dances, timing the entertainment staff and catering staff)
  • Collecting Vendor contacts one month prior to the wedding
  • Coordination with the facility, ensuring all of your requests are met
  • Amore team will assist you with the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner
  • Coordination at ceremony and reception
  • Supervise set-up and clean-up of ceremony and reception sites
